Top8Maker is a free tool for creating graphics with the results of video game tournaments. Its use is governed by the Terms and conditions and the Privacy policy.

Top8Maker es una herramienta gratuita para crear gráficos con los resultados de torneos de videojuegos. Su uso se rige por los Términos y condiciones y la Política de privacidad.

3. Intellectual propertyPropiedad intelectual

The name, logo, design and code of Top8Maker belong to Sarpi Studio. They may not be copied or reused without permission.

The names, logos, backgrounds and images of games and characters do not belong to Top8Maker: they belong to each game and its company. Catalog images are official material from each game (official websites and public press materials), each one states the game and the company it belongs to, and they are shown only for identification purposes in community tournament graphics. Top8Maker keeps a copy in its storage only to show them; that does not make it their owner or give it any rights over them. Top8Maker does not sell them or charge for their use, and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by start.gg or the game studios.

If you hold rights over an image and want it removed, follow the procedure in the Terms and conditions: we will remove it promptly.

El nombre, el logo, el diseño y el código de Top8Maker pertenecen a Sarpi Studio. No se pueden copiar ni reutilizar sin autorización.

Los nombres, logos, fondos e imágenes de juegos y personajes no son de Top8Maker: pertenecen a cada juego y a su compañía. Las imágenes del catálogo son material oficial de cada juego (sitios web oficiales y materiales de prensa públicos), cada una indica el juego y la compañía a la que pertenece, y se muestran solo con fines de identificación en gráficos de torneos de la comunidad. Top8Maker guarda una copia en su almacenamiento solo para mostrarlas; eso no lo convierte en su dueño ni le da derechos sobre ellas. Top8Maker no las vende ni cobra por usarlas, y no está afiliado, patrocinado ni respaldado por start.gg ni por los estudios de los juegos.

Si eres titular de derechos sobre alguna imagen y quieres que se retire, sigue el procedimiento de los Términos y condiciones: la quitaremos a la brevedad.

4. User and third-party contentContenido de los usuarios y de terceros

The Top 8s published in the gallery are created by users, who are responsible for their content and for the images they include. Top8Maker is not responsible for users’ use of copyrighted images.

Images a user adds by pasting a link from another site are not chosen, reviewed or controlled by Top8Maker: by accepting the terms, the user declares that they come from an external link chosen by them and that they have the right to use them (see Terms and conditions).

Imported results come from start.gg and are the responsibility of each tournament’s organizers.

For copyright claims, follow the procedure in the Terms and conditions.

Los Top 8 publicados en la galería son creados por los usuarios, que son responsables de su contenido y de las imágenes que incluyen. Top8Maker no se hace responsable del uso que los usuarios hagan de imágenes protegidas por derechos de autor.

Las imágenes que un usuario agrega pegando un enlace de otro sitio no son elegidas, revisadas ni controladas por Top8Maker: al aceptar los términos, el usuario declara que provienen de un enlace externo elegido por él y que tiene derecho a usarlas (ver Términos y condiciones).

Los resultados importados provienen de start.gg y son responsabilidad de los organizadores de cada torneo.

Para reclamos por derechos de autor, sigue el procedimiento de los Términos y condiciones.

Top8Maker includes links to third-party sites (for example, start.gg). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Top8Maker incluye enlaces a sitios de terceros (por ejemplo, start.gg). No controlamos su contenido ni somos responsables de él.

6. Disclaimer of warrantiesExclusión de garantías

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee it. We recommend exporting and saving your important graphics to your device.

El sitio se ofrece “tal cual”. Hacemos lo posible por mantenerlo disponible y sin errores, pero no podemos garantizarlo. Te recomendamos exportar y guardar en tu equipo los gráficos importantes.
